PrinSupport is Impoweredd Educational Consulting's leadership development program in which retired principals provide coaching, mentoring and professional development to assist new/novice and struggling building leaders in becoming more confident, competent, collaborative, and compliant in a supportive and non-evaluative manner.

With decades of experience, retired principals will provide customized 1:1 onsite or virtual support to enhance the principal's confidence, competence, and leadership capacity.
Since different leaders have different needs, Impoweredd's Founder & CEO, Dr. Z will conduct a free climate assessment and devise a customized leadership development plan to support each leader's growth while offering a supportive hand with the workload.

Meet Retired Principal &
Best-Selling Author, Dr. Z!
Dr. Zanthia Reddish, aka Dr. Z, is retired principal turned educational consultant, speaker, and certified transition life coach who is dedicated to empowering others through teaching and learning. Dr. Z taught high school English for many years before spending nearly two decades as a school principal. She is the CEO and Founder of Impoweredd Educational Consulting which provides principal coaching and mentoring as well as leadership and professional development utilizing her rich background in educational administration, instructional leadership, classroom and behavior management, and social emotional learning (SEL).
Dr. Z has been coined as the “Reddiologist” because of her commitment to helping others C.R.U.S.H. their next chapter as they navigate transitions in sports, school and in life. Her work centers around growth mindset, strategic positioning and placement and curating positive relationships. Finally, Dr. Z is the best-selling author of The H.E.A.R.T. Leader: How Effective Leaders Cultivate a Culture of Care for Organizational Success which she uses to supplement her principal coaching program. She holds five degrees, including a doctorate of education from Immaculata University, two master’s degrees from HBCU, Cheyney University, and an undergraduate degree in secondary education from Temple University.
